Im a Paymark customer, what information do i need to get connected to your Loyalty or Gift solution?

All merchants connected to the Paymark network are issued with a merchant number (by your bank).
This is usually an eight digit number and is specific to your account.
You will need to locate your merchant number and note this on our application form.

Once you have this number you will then need to locate your Eftpos Terminal ID.
Your Paymark Terminal ID is located at the top of your EFTPOS receipts.
This is also an eight digit number and is terminal specific.
Locate your Terminal ID and note this on our application form.

If you do not have our application for services form you need to contact us to obtain the correct form for the service you would like to run.

If your not sure where to locate your merchant number or eftpos terminal ID, simply contact the Paymark Customer Care Centre on 0800 800 996 and ask for help.

Helpful TIP:
Did you know that Paymark also provides cleaning cards.
Cleaning cards are used to clean the card reader on your EFTPOS terminal.
They prevent build-up of dust and dirt, which can result in your EFTPOS terminal being unable to read cards.
