Im an ANZ Merchant customer, what information do i need to get connected to your Loyalty or Gift solution?

All ANZ merchants who use Efftpos are issued with a merchant number (by your bank).
This is usually an eight digit number and is specific to your account.
You will need to locate your merchant number and note this on our application form.

Once you have this number you will then need to locate your Eftpos Terminal ID.
Your ANZ Terminal ID is located at the top of your EFTPOS receipts.
This is also an eight digit number and is terminal specific.
Locate your Terminal ID and note this on our application form.

If you do not have our application for services form you need to contact us to obtain the correct form for the service you would like to run.

If your not sure where to locate your ANZ merchant number or eftpos terminal ID, simply contact the ANZ Merchant helpdesk on 0800 338 767 option 1 and ask for help.
